The six benefits above are the school’s own list, and they are worth reading as a description of a direction rather than a set of promises. What actually happens is slower and less dramatic than any list makes it sound.

The first month

Stiffness moves before strength does. Most students report sleeping better inside the first few weeks, and that tends to arrive before anything visible changes in what they can do on the mat. Breath work is usually the part people underestimate and then talk about most.

The part nobody mentions

Practising daily is a scheduling problem long before it is a physical one. This is why the school teaches a fixed sequence you come to know by heart: a practice you can run without deciding anything survives a bad week, and a practice that needs a decision does not.

On which should we work first? Working on both simultaneously is the only way.

Where to start

If you have never practised, Classical Hatha Yoga is the school’s basic-level course and assumes nothing. If you already practise and the problem is consistency rather than technique, Daily Yoga is built around exactly that. If you are working around an injury or a diagnosis, the custom class starts from your history rather than from a syllabus.

A note on health. The benefits described here are the school’s own account of what students report. They are not medical claims, and nothing on this page replaces advice from a doctor. If you are being treated for anything, tell your doctor you intend to start and tell your teacher what they said.
