What is being planned.
What is the retreat?
A residential retreat run the way the school has run them since 2019: asana, pranayama and meditation early, a long open middle to the day, and a second practice before the evening.
When and where will it be?
The dates, the venue, the daily timings and what it costs are being settled now, and will be disclosed here as soon as they are fixed. Everyone on the list is told before the announcement goes anywhere else.
Do I need experience to come?
No. Retreat groups have always mixed complete beginners with people who have practised for years, and the teaching is adjusted in the room.
What happens after I register?
Nothing is charged and no place is held yet. You are written to with the dates, the venue and the cost when they are fixed, and you decide then.
